The answer to this question is yes! Marigolds are a tropical flower that thrives in sunlight and heat. They need warmth throughout the day, and a lot of light to grow well.
Without the sun, marigolds will not grow or bloom as well as they would if they were given the right amount of sunlight. To get the most out of your marigolds, be sure that they have enough light in their growing area.
